7 Days Size Exchange PolicyPlease read before ordering

Size exchange is available within 7 days of delivery.
You can change only the size of the same product and same model. For example, if you ordered XL, you can exchange it for M, L or 2XL.
You can choose only from the sizes available for that product. Sizes we don't make for that product cannot be given in exchange.
A product cannot be exchanged for a different product, model, design or colour.
The item must be unused, unwashed and with all tags on.
A courier charge applies for sending the exchanged size to you.
Please check the size chart before ordering, as exchange is possible only within the available sizes.

Unboxing video – required for exchange

Record a video when you receive the parcel, before opening it.
Start the video showing the sealed parcel with the shipping label and order number clearly visible.
Record in one continuous video – do not pause, cut or edit it.
Open the parcel on camera and show every product, with its tags and labels intact.
Do not remove the tags before recording the video.
Keep the video safe and share it on WhatsApp when you request an exchange.
Without a proper unboxing video, we may not be able to accept the exchange request.

How to send the product back

Pickup is not available – we don't send a courier to collect the parcel from your address.
Please pack the product with its tags on and send it to us yourself from any nearby courier office or post office, within 7 days of delivery.
Write your order number on the parcel and share the courier tracking ID with us on WhatsApp.
Once your parcel reaches us, we will check it and send the new size to you by courier within 24 hours to 2 days.

Customer support – WhatsApp only

For any help, please contact us only on WhatsApp by text message.
We do not provide support over phone calls.
All exchange requests, unboxing videos, photos and courier tracking IDs must be sent on WhatsApp, so we have a clear written record.
Exchange is given only if all the rules above are followed and the details are shared with us on WhatsApp.
Our working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM.
During working hours, we reply within 1 to 2 hours. Messages received after 6 PM will be answered the next working day.
